Polking Around the World Travel acts as an independent travel advisor. We arrange travel services including but not limited to cruises, hotels, flights, excursions, and vacation packages through third-party suppliers.
We are not the direct provider of these services and are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or performance of these suppliers.
2. Booking & Payments
- All reservations require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
- Payment plans may be available depending on the supplier.
- Prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed.
- Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be provided at the time of booking.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued by the travel supplier—not Polking Around the World Travel.
- Processing times for refunds may vary.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. This may cover:
- Trip cancellations
- Medical emergencies
- Travel delays
- Lost or stolen baggage
By declining travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial loss.
5. Travel Documents & Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and identification.
- Passports must typically be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.
- Entry requirements vary by destination and may change at any time.
Polking Around the World Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
6. Health & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for meeting all health requirements, including vaccinations if required.
- You assume all risks related to travel, including illness, injury, or unforeseen events.
7. Changes to Itineraries
Suppliers may make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs. We are not responsible for these changes but will assist in resolving issues when possible.
8. Pricing & Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or omissions at any time. If a pricing error occurs, you will be notified and given the option to accept the corrected price or cancel your booking.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Polking Around the World Travel is not liable for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage
- Delays, cancellations, or missed connections
- Acts of God, weather, pandemics, or government restrictions
- Supplier defaults or service failures
10. Client Responsibility
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate traveler information
- Review all travel documents upon receipt
- Comply with supplier terms and conditions
- Arrive on time for all travel services
